wow- what an overwhelming task for you in taking care of Noah. I have contemplated a Gluten free diet for Marcus- I have had several people suggest it in relation to his Autism problems. Because it is such a huge lifestyle change- I am hesitant to try it unless I KNOW there is a food allergy involved- especially since nothing has been medically proven to connect Autism and Gluten. So- we will see what happens- I will be interested to see how you do a wheat free diet! You are such a good cook- I am sure you are up for the challenge.
