Help me decide

So I am trying to decide which color shirt to go with. Shall we go with black? Or winter white?

Being the little stinker she is, as soon as she saw new clothes, she promptly removed the tags. So we will be keeping both, but which is better for pictures and all the holiday festivities???? I will go with black shoes no matter what, but will coordinate the tights.
