While the kids are gone...

Abby and I will play. I took her to a favorite park and we played for an hour or so. We walked down by the river.

Slid on some slides.

Played "jail".

Climbed (and posed).

We had a great time. It's kind of fun to have time with just one. I think she likes it too.

Wow! I know you just cut her hair, but I can't believe how much it has grown in this picture since we were just there in August. I love that you're able to have some one on one time with her.

Oh, to be able to spend one-on-one time with a child...lately, I just dream of the day that Jolee doesn't need to be carried EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME & doesn't scream in her carseat!
It's something special to be able to share individual time with a child! :)

Wow Kim you had to give that lesson and you only lost your dad a little over a year ago. You are amazing!! It would have been hard for me to do that lesson. It was just hard sitting there listening. Love the new pictures. It's so nice to get the oppurtunity to take time out and be with just one of your children. Cherished times for me.

I think I am where you're at...enjoying school for the older kids and having a nice time with the younger one at home. Although my youngest is definitley keeping me busy with other activities such as going to the zoo, gymnastics, and going to a mommy and me preschool once a week. I am enjoying the one on one time though... in a couple on years he will be off to school too. Too bad we don't live close so that we could go out together with the little ones and even enjoy lunches once in a while.
